PRACTICE PRINCIPAL - GDC No. 75960Simon graduated from The University of Birmingham in 1999. He worked as a dental associate in central London and Hertfordshire for many years and in 2007 he became principal of Hertfordshire Dental Group.
Since taking over, he has sympathetically restored the building to create a beautiful state-of- the-art practice, ensuring that none of the original character has been lost.
Simon is dedicated to providing an outstanding level of dental care for his patients and has worked hard to put together a team who share his beliefs. He is passionate about his patients smiles, and enjoys being able to carry out extensive restorative procedures on his patients with the use of implants, crowns, veneers and invisible orthodontics.
Simon is committed to his ongoing professional development; he is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Team for Implantology. He completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Implantology at the world renowned Eastman Dental institute and has been awarded a diploma in advanced dental Implantology from the Royal College of surgeons of England.
DENTAL SURGEON - GDC No. 251254Dr Adraktas, originally from Greece, qualified from Glasgow Dental School and Hospital, where
he completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Since then he has pursued his strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics with continuous postgraduate education.
He is a certified Invisalign provider since 2015 and completed his Cosmetic and Aesthetic
Restorative Dentistry postgraduate certification back in 2016 with Advanced Dental Seminars in
London.
Following his passion for clear aligner orthodontics and after successfully completing
numerous cases he decided to further his special interest in Invisalign with a 2 year Postgraduate
Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy.
DENTAL SURGEON - GDC No. 245077
Jon graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry with a First Class
Honours, and ever since has strived to achieve the best that he can for his patients.
In 2020, Jon achieved a distinction in a four year part time Masters in Restorative Dental Practice
at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in Kings Cross. This has given him the skill set to
carry out smile designs and makeovers to a superior and bespoke level through the use of
cosmetic crowns, veneers and composite bonding. Along this journey, he achieved the First
Place Prize amongst his peers.
His passion and skillset within dentistry can be reflected by the fact that he now teaches and
lectures restorative dentistry and smile design to dentists on postgraduate courses.
DENTAL SURGEON - GDC No. 74341
John graduated from the University of Birmingham Dental School in 1998. He has worked as an associate dentist in Hertfordshire and London, during which time he has enjoyed gaining extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry. After three years of study, in 2011 he was awarded a Masters Degree in Dental Implantlogy from the university of Warwick. After graduation he was one of a select group to be invited back as an Honorary Associate Clinical Teacher for the Diploma section of the Masters course and also a mentor for students completing the Masters section of their degree.
DENTAL SURGEON - GDC No. 264591
Rebecca graduated from Manchester Dental School where her passion for dentistry began.
She has since completed a number of postgraduate courses, honing her skills in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
In 2019 she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry with The Tipton Training Academy. Techniques developed on this course allow her to design your smile in a personalised fashion, utilising facially driven treatment planning to create beautifully natural results.
Rebecca has a keen interest in orthodontics, providing Invisalign, Inman aligners and fixed braces. She often uses these treatments along with whitening, composite bonding and ceramic veneers to complete smile makeovers.

Fabrizio graduated from the University of Messina (Italy) in 1996. Following a
period in General Practice, in 1998 he developed an interest in endodontics which led him to actively pursue further training. He also completed a Certificate
in Implantology, and a Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice at Eastman
Dental Institute.
Fabrizio is committed
to providing the highest level of dental care and enjoys treating patients in a kind,
gentle and reassuring manner.
Fabrizio has had a special interest in endodontics since 1998 which culminated in
a master’s in clinical Endodontics from the University of Bologna in 2011. He has
been accepting endodontic referrals since 2000 and he is willing to help his
patients’ requirements from the simple straight root canal treatment to the more
complex cases.
He has spent many years in private practices in Italy and the UK focusing
primarily in endodontics
Business DirectorCaroline joined the Hertfordshire Dental Group team in 2007. Since joining the team she has been instrumental in achieving numerous prestigious accreditations for the practice, including the British Dental Association Good Practice Award and Denplan Excel Accreditation.
Caroline has been working in dentistry for over 30 years, starting out as a dental nurse. After qualifying, she moved to a central London practice, where she worked for many years supporting dentists carrying out complex dental procedures.
As a very personable and organised individual, it was a natural progression for Caroline to move into Practice management. Since taking over at the practice she has implemented the changes necessary to make Hertfordshire Dental Group the most respected practice in the local area.
Caroline is dedicated and passionate about dentistry and is constantly looking for ways to improve the levels of care our patients are offered. She has led the team to make many fundamental changes within the practice and has attended many courses on dental management.
